Willowcare builds products that take a single, real clinical problem and solve it completely — from the everyday workflow through to the documentation, the billing or reporting, and the compliance evidence behind it.
Our products
Willowbridge is a care-management platform for Medicare's non-face-to-face programs — Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring and the wider family of care-management services. It captures the cognitive work of care, signs the clinical attestation, and hands a clean, auditable charge to the practice's EHR.
TenorMD gives medical groups candid, multi-source feedback on their providers — structured, anonymous input from peers, support staff and referring physicians, turned into a coachable report with trends over time. It's built to develop clinicians continuously, not to wait for peer review after something goes wrong.
How we work
Every Willowcare product is built and operated under the same company-wide information-security program: one approved policy suite, one risk-management and incident-response process, and a single Security & Privacy Officer accountable across products. We're pursuing SOC 2 at the company level and we describe our posture honestly — what's in place today, and what's on the roadmap. You can read the detail in our Trust Center.

Willowcare was founded by a practicing physician who kept running into the same gap: clinical tools that look good in a demo but can't stand up to an audit, a billing review, or the realities of a busy practice.
