What this notice covers
This notice applies only to the public Willowcare website. It does not cover the Willowbridge or TenorMD products, which are governed by their own privacy policies, terms, and (where applicable) Business Associate Agreements.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organization and the contents of your message.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request metadata (such as IP address and user-agent) for security and reliability. These logs are retained for a limited period.
- No advertising trackers. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to you and to operate and secure the website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate the site, or where required by law.
Data retention & your choices
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records. To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email privacy@willowcare.co.
Security
The website is served over TLS. Our company-wide information-security program is described in the Trust Center.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
